Racheal is a seasoned psychologist and leadership expert with a background in executive coaching and HR. She has collaborated with more than 1500 leaders globally, across finance, technology, and medical sectors. Using her expertise in psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness, she helps leaders connect the dots.

She is pursuing a PhD in coaching and sensemaking. She has designed, and co-facilitates a 3 day module at the Vrije University Leadership Academy on sensemaking, vulnerability and networks.

Her goal is to develop leaders to live more meaningful lives, create better teams, better organisations, better communities, and a better world for all.
