I'm a  psychologist, executive coach, and founder of The Sapient Space. Over more than 20 years I've worked with 2,500+ leaders across global organisations including PwC, BCG, GSK, Salesforce, and Old Mutual, from first-time managers stepping into their first leadership role, to C-suite executives navigating the loneliest decisions of their careers.

I'm completing a PhD in leadership development, and my background spans HR advisory, coaching, psychological assessment, facilitation, and research. Which means I don't just understand leadership theory,  I understand how it actually plays out under pressure, in complex organisations.

My approach blends evidence-based psychology, neuroscience, and sense-making with practical tools that work in the real world... not just in theory. I've lived in five countries and worked across six continents, and I bring cross-cultural fluency to every conversation.

I'll challenge you when it's needed. Support you when it matters. And help you access the clarity and confidence that's already inside you, even when the pressure is highest.
