Possessing more than 20 years of global leadership development expertise, from leading teams, psychological analysis of leadership assessments, and assessment centres (for hiring, promoting and developing leaders), lecturing on leadership, writing about leadership, coaching leaders, facilitating leadership programmes, and researching leadership (PhD), I bring my deep and varied expertise into all the work I do.
