I'm a  psychologist, executive coach, and founder of The Sapient Space. Over more than 20 years I've worked with 2,500+ leaders across global organisations including PwC, BCG, GSK, Salesforce, and Old Mutual, from first-time managers stepping into their first leadership role, to C-suite executives navigating the loneliest decisions of their careers.

I'm completing a PhD in leadership development, and my background spans HR advisory, coaching, psychological assessment, facilitation, and research. Which means I don't just understand leadership theory,  I understand how it actually plays out under pressure, in complex organisations.

My approach blends evidence-based psychology, neuroscience, and sensemaking with practical tools that work in the real world... not just in theory. I've lived in five countries and worked across six continents, and I bring cross-cultural fluency to every conversation.
