Meeting yourself, and taking a breath. Finding your purpose... Re-engaging in your purpose. Connecting with what makes sense. Facing transformational moments in that space. Possessing more than 20 years of global leadership development expertise, from leading teams, psychological analysis of leadership assessments, and assessment centres (for hiring, promoting and developing leaders), lecturing on leadership, writing about leadership, coaching leaders, facilitating leadership programmes, and researching leadership (PhD), I bring my deep and varied expertise into all the work I do.
 
I have worked with more than 2500 leaders globally, and have spent more than 2000 hours coaching leaders, and have worked with all types of leaders, from new leaders to C-suite leaders, in various industries, from finance (Old Mutual, Swift) and consulting (PWC, BCG) to technology (Salesforce, Veeve) and medical (Vaccines Europe, GSK, MSD, Argenx). I have lived in 5 countries, and have worked with leaders from the Americas, Europe, UK, Africa, Asia, Russia, The Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand.​
I help leaders break through the patterns that keep them stuck. My approach blends evidence-based psychology, neuroscience, and  sense making with practical tools that work in the real world.
