Dream Big
Dream Big

Who we you before the world told you who to be?

What is the big dream that you have? And most importantly, what is stopping you?

When I work with leaders, most of the time that answer is themselves.

The fear of not being enough, not knowing enough, or even who are they to think that they could actually do that.

  • The best way to silence that fear, is by taking a small step.

  • Know that you will stumble, almost nothing is perfect the first time. That's called learning.

  • Look for your supporters, who are those around you that will encourage you, support you, and even connect you to people that can make your dream a reality.

  • Instead of thinking about what could go wrong, reframe it into: what could go right, and how would you feel when it goes well? Staring at the obstacles can sometimes take our eyes of the path. Focus on the path.

There will always be someone who tells you it's impossible. Don't wait for permission or doubt yourself. The world needs dreamers who have the courage to do what seems impossible. Leaders are dreamers who have the courage to act.

So today, if there is ONE thing, ONE step you can take towards making your dream a reality, what would that be?
